Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across the industrial landscape—from the shop floor and engineering applications to sales, business ownership, and executive leadership. That experience has given me a practical understanding of how products, people, and processes come together to solve problems and create value.

For more than two decades, I helped lead and grow Ernie Graves Company, a third-generation manufacturers’ representative and distributor serving industrial customers with instrumentation, automation, and engineered solutions. As President & CEO, I worked across nearly every side of the business—from technical applications and strategic accounts to manufacturer relationships, operations, and organizational leadership.

Today, I bring that experience to The Timken Company, managing territory growth and customer relationships across OEM, distributor, and end-user channels. Whether I’m working with an engineer, maintenance team, distributor, or business leader, my approach is the same: understand the application, earn trust, and help identify solutions that deliver lasting value.
